What do I do if I receive a Faulty item?

If you have received a faulty item please contact returns@maeclub.com.au along with your order number and some images of the fault and we will work to resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.

 

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item please contact info@maeclub.com.au along with your order number and style you've incorrectly received, and we will work to resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.

 

How can I use a Gift card/Discount code?

Once you are at the checkout you will have the option to add a Gift card/Discount code to your order, only one code can be redeemed per order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed we will start preparing it immediately, so it is important to double check everything before processing your order. If you have an urgent change contact us straight away and we may be able to resolve the problem.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email along with your items tracking information.

 

How long are Gift cards valid for?

Store credits and Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

 

What currency is used online?

We work and manufacture in Australia, therefore you are shopping in AUD.
