Returns within Australia

We understand that sometimes certain pieces may not fit or suit everyone, therefore we are happy to offer refunds or store credits for change of minds on ready made pieces.

  • You are required to cover the shipping cost when returning an item for a full refund. However, we do offer free returns for exchanges and store credits within Australia.
  • If you wish to make a return please contact info@maeclub.com.au along with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once your request has been accepted you may process your return. 

 

Overseas Returns
 

We understand that sometimes certain pieces may not fit or suit everyone, therefore we are happy to offer refunds or store credits for change of minds on ready made pieces.

  • Refunds: We will organise a returns label for you, this cost will then be deducted from your final refund amount. 
  • Store Credit: We will organise a returns label for you, this cost will be covered by us. 
  • If you wish to make a return please contact info@maeclub.com.au along with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been accepted you may process your return. 

 


Please Note 

 

  • For made to order styles, we accept returns in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for made to order styles. 
  • We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless faulty
  • Gift cards cannot be returned
  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item/s must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags still attached. If there are any signs of wear, we are unable to process this and we will send this back at buyers expense.

 

Please take care when trying on our pieces as unfortunately any left with makeup stains or perfume smells will not be accepted for return.
 

Store credits   

Store credits will be emailed to you as a gift card which will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

Faulty Items 

If you have received a faulty item please contact info@maeclub.com.au along with some images of the fault and we will work to resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.
